Antarctica In C (2018) is a multi-media project that
uses data-sonification (the act of transforming data into sound) to create a
musical interpretation of CO₂ levels that were measured from trapped gas bubbles
in Antarctica's Ice.
The piece showcases how the CO₂ levels have changed over the last 800'000 years, presenting a musical experience of the dramatic impact humans have on the environment. It becomes apparent that destructive climate change is in all our hands.
